Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specs and project information.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Produce take-offs and cost plans.
• Support senior estimators on larger projects.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.
