Job summary

Grafton Banks Finance is seeking an interim Personal Tax Manager to join the team with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) in Horsham, West Sussex. You will lead UK tax reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple entities and provide input on tax projects.

You’ll be a tax reporting expert, supporting QI, CRS and FATCA processes, data extraction, and client inquiries while collaborating with internal teams and external counterparts to maintain high professional

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UK tax reporting and compliance.
• Experience in Wealth management and investment tax.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on production of UK tax packs and related statements.
• Maintain tax compliance and support tax projects.
• Handle QI reporting and CRS/FATCA submissions.
• Extract data from systems and prepare dividend reports for withholding tax reclaim.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage workload and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support implementation of new tax rules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global internal departments and external counterparties.
