Job summary

Aon is seeking an Insurance Due Diligence Project Manager - M&A to lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure and corporate development initiatives in the UK. You will work with investors, lenders and corporate teams across the UK and EMEA, guiding due diligence through to integration on high-profile transactions.

This hybrid role provides day-to-day exposure to complex deals and requires a strong insurance background, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance sector (broking, underwriting, or specialty lines).
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical approach and eagerness to learn and develop skills.
• Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project and programme management for corporate development initiatives, from due diligence to integration and transition.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external counterparties to keep M&A projects moving.
• Lead governance, create robust project plans, align schedules, manage risks and budgets.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders on priorities, milestones and deliverables.
