Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is offering a 13-month Ingredients Customer Operations internship based in Market Drayton. The role supports both the Customer Operations and Finance teams, with a hybrid pattern and some travel to Müller sites.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across order management, logistics, and export documentation while developing leadership and analytical skills. Ideal candidates are university students aiming for a 2:1 or above, with strong communication, numeracy, and teamwork

Qualifications

• University placement students on track to achieve a 2:1 or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding deliveries.
• Liaise with 3PL warehouses to manage stock and orders.
• Carry out regular stock takes and coordinate with logistics.
• Ensure accurate export documentation and compliance.
• Reconciling sales, production and pricing data; provide reports.
• Collaborate with placement peers on a group project.
