WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Strategic Growth Director for Infrastructure (Planning, Environment and Sustainability) in the United Kingdom. You will lead cross‑disciplinary growth initiatives, shape capture strategies, and drive major bids to strengthen WSP’s market position.

The role reports into the EPES Strategic Growth director and works within a matrix organisation. We value senior leadership, sector knowledge across Rail, Water, Highways and Local Government, and the ability to align

• Proven ability to lead strategic growth and major bids.
• Ability to build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and deployment of the infrastructure growth strategy.
• Coordinate strategic growth activity across Planning, Earth & Environment and Sustainability Advisory.
• Act as bid lead or sponsor for major bids and provide strategic input to other sectors’ bids.
