Job summary

Ability Consultants is seeking an Income and Project Delivery Officer to work with senior leaders to grow funding and services for charities, schools and social enterprises across the UK. You will identify opportunities, develop new projects, and lead delivery from planning through to completion.

The role combines research, proposal writing and stakeholder engagement with hybrid, flexible working and a permanent contract. Salary is competitive with 28 days leave and a strong support package.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery or business development.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication for proposals and funding applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with senior leaders.
• Research market trends and funding opportunities to inform proposals.
• Develop new projects and budgets, timelines and delivery plans.
• Lead and coordinate projects from planning to delivery and completion.
• Pursue income generation opportunities including funding applications and tenders.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and funders to support growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align projects with changing needs.
• Monitor progress and report on outcomes and income generation activities.
• Represent Ability Consultants at meetings and events to promote services.
• Contribute to service improvements to deliver high-quality outcomes.
