Job summary

AXA UK is seeking an experienced Incident Response Analyst to join our Security and Resilience function. You’ll respond to cyber security incidents, perform forensic investigations and provide cyber threat intelligence services to improve detection and response.

You will be an escalation point for UK security incidents, analyse events with a range of security tools, and help the team with process improvements. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of security incident handling.
• Knowledge of computer forensics, incident response and e-discovery tools.
• Excellent time management with variable workload.
• Understanding of protocol behaviours and packet analysis desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Professional certifications desirable (GIAC CGIH, SSCP).

Responsibilities

• Acting as an escalation point for all UK security incidents, ensuring incidents are managed in accordance with UK and Group requirements.
• Performing in-depth analysis of security events using a range of tools.
• Supporting the wider team in process improvement, detection content tuning, and threat analysis.
• Collaborating with Security and Risk colleagues to ensure risks are identified and managed.
