Michael Page is recruiting an In-house Corporate Counsel for a rapidly growing environmental consultancy. You will support full M&A life cycles, advise senior stakeholders, draft and negotiate agreements, and coordinate due diligence across international operations.

Qualifikationen

• As a solicitor or equivalent, 4+ years' PQE gained in reputable law firm or in-house.
• Strong corporate law background with M&A exposure.
• Capable of handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
• Previous in-house experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Support full life cycle of domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Advise senior leaders on corporate matters and strategic growth.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
