Michael Page Legal is partnering with a leading international environmental consultancy to recruit an In-house Corporate Counsel. You will support a business with operations across multiple continents, delivering strategic acquisitions, investments and corporate projects while working closely with senior stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is a solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law and strong M&A exposure, capable of managing multiple

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Experience in domestic and international M&A.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• In-house experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the full life cycle of domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Advise senior leaders on corporate legal matters and strategic growth initiatives.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents and related corporate agreements.
• Manage legal due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisers.
• Support post-acquisition integration and governance across the group.
