Mizkan is seeking an ambitious HR & Talent Advisor to join the HR team in Chiswick. This 50/50 role covers HR generalist duties and Talent Acquisition, supporting managers, candidate experience, and workforce development across UK and Amsterdam.

You will work across recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and growth initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to enhance people practices in a global business with a strong heritage.

Competenze

• Experience in a generalist HR role covering the employee lifecycle.
• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Exposure to employee relations activities (absence management, wellbeing).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers.
• Support employee relations and absence management activities.
• Deliver performance management, development planning and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and probation reviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity from posting to onboarding.
• Support talent development, succession planning and internal development programmes.
