Leigh Academies Trust is seeking a People Administrator to join our dynamic HR team and gain hands‑on experience in HR. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, personnel files and absence management, with a strong emphasis on accurate payroll data and confidential staff records.

You will support People Advisors and Partners, and contribute to a collaborative MAT network. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive starting salary with pension and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full employee lifecycle admin (onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, files, absence).
• Accurate payroll data management and confidential staff records.

Responsibilities
