Brewers Decorator Centres is seeking an experienced HR professional for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role supports the People Team and Operational Managers across our business, handling various HR matters from attendance to performance capability.

Based in Nottingham, the role is hybrid with travel to branches as needed; a company car is included. Excellent communication and advisory skills are essential to support stakeholders at all levels.

Formación

• Experienced HR professional on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
• Provide vital hands on support to the People Team and Operational Managers across the business on HR matters.
• Experience with attendance management, probation, grievance, disciplinary, ill health and performance capability.
• Advising and note-taking in meetings; tailoring correspondence to individual situations.
• You will communicate effectively at all levels and maintain a people-centred approach.
• This is a hybrid role; you may need to travel to branches; a Company car is included.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR advisory support to the business and colleagues across branches.
• Attend meetings in advisory capacity or by note taking and tailor correspondence accordingly.
• Advise on policies and support Occupational Health matters; compile reports and analytics on HR topics.
