Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Housing Performance and Improvement Analyst to support the recovery and transformation of the NEC Housing Management System. You will combine business analysis, data insight and service improvement to review processes and design more efficient, compliant, customer-focused ways of working.

The role involves facilitating stakeholder workshops, mapping processes, analysing data, developing reports and Power BI dashboards, and identifying automation

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or local government.
• Strong knowledge of housing management systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and map current and future processes.
• Analyse operational data and develop performance reports.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to support decision making.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved data quality.
