Job summary

The role collaborates with project managers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting, cost estimating and robust project records are maintained while supporting governance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Budget monitoring, cost estimation and financial record-keeping.
• Data analysis and MI reporting to support decision-making.
• Governance administration: agendas, minutes, action tracking, governance support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with project managers, architects and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills for documentation, schedules and records management.
• Project management qualifications (Prince2 Foundation/APM Fundamentals) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and performance support to housing development/refurbishment programmes.
• Support cost estimating, budget monitoring and maintenance of project records.
• Coordinate project information and track milestones against plan.
• Support governance processes and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders to facilitate communications.
• Assist management of defects, risks and project outcomes.
