Job summary

Flagship, part of Bromford Flagship Livewest, is hiring a Compliance Coordinator to help maintain records, coordinate maintenance and oversee contractor payments. The role supports monitoring performance and expenditure to keep homes safe, secure, and compliant.

Hybrid working in Norwich and full-time hours underpin a customer-focused, collaborative environment. You will work with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility, while using compliant systems to

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative, compliance, repairs, maintenance or asset management processes.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Experience using business systems and databases to maintain information and produce reports including Excel.
• Confidence coordinating activities with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders and resolving queries.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with accuracy in processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related inspections, maintenance works, certificates and reports.
• Support planning and coordination of landlord compliance activities across the housing portfolio.
• Process and validate contractor payment requests in line with governance requirements and standing orders.
• Monitor compliance performance information, tracking expenditure and delivery against planned programmes.
• Work closely with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders to ensure compliance information is complete, accurate and accessible.
• Support the effective use and maintenance of compliance, repairs and asset management systems.
