Inizio Group's Research Partnership in London is seeking an Associate Director (Quantitative Research) to lead major brand tracking programmes in healthcare, guiding outputs, dashboards and multi‑wave delivery.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships and mentoring junior staff, with a hybrid pattern (2 days per week in the London office) and opportunities to shape strategic insights.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in primary quantitative market research within healthcare.
• Demonstrable experience managing major quantitative programmes with multi‑wave delivery.
• Strong presentation and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major brand tracking programmes with the Programme Director.
• Lead central workflow from questionnaire review to data production and automated reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely outputs.
