You will manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, provide funding solutions, and act as the primary banking advisor in your local community. The role emphasizes customer-first service and portfolio expansion through value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing healthcare client portfolios.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
• Self-starting, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborates effectively across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Promote the bank with professionals and influencers in the local market.
• Offer funding solutions from Term Lending and Working Capital as needed.
• Build relationships with group partner companies to bring the bank to clients.
• Manage risk and compliance for the client portfolio.
