Job summary

Medtronic in the United Kingdom seeks a Service Activation Manager, Integrated Health Solutions, to lead complex ORMS and CLMS projects from initiation through stabilization. You will work with business development, operations SMEs, customers, and external partners, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.

The role is virtually based in Watford with a Flex (Hybrid) model; approx. 10% travel across EurAsia for deployments and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience supporting NHS customers.
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies, including Microsoft Project and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience working within managed services, outsourcing, or healthcare operations environments.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills including Dutch, Danish, French, or German are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ORMS and CLMS projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests with mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary customer contact, building relationships with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for alignment.
• Drive PMO governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Apply PMO standards and quality requirements to ensure consistent execution.
