Location: Southend-on-Sea (with flexible home working to be discussed)

Are you an experienced block management professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a dedicated Head of Block Management to lead our client's growing department, manage a diverse residential portfolio, and support their high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the block management department.
  • Manage and develop a small portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support one property manager, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development.
  • Review and implement processes and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients and leaseholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential block management.
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, health & safety, and service charge budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • TPI qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
