Vertage is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join the London-based Group Finance team in a hybrid role. You will own the Group close and consolidation process, ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting and a robust control environment.

Formación

• Significant experience in Group Reporting, Consolidation or Financial Control roles.
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
• Experience leading Group consolidations in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Luton and other offices for meetings/training.
• Experience with consolidation and reporting systems (DEPM, Workday) desirable.
• Strong cash flow reporting, balance sheet management and working capital understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation process.
• Ensure consolidated financial statements are accurate and delivered on time.
• Review consolidation adjustments, elimination entries and foreign exchange impacts.
• Oversee Group balance sheet, cash flow and equity reporting.
• Ensure information from regional finance teams is consistent and accurate.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and manage audit timelines.
• Coordinate audit requests across Group and regional finance teams.
• Support implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
