Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a fixed-term maternity cover, combining in-office collaboration in Basildon/Derby with two days remote work. You will craft engaging assets for digital, print and events, shaping brand experiences and supporting our Marketing team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to turn briefs into visually compelling content, manage multi-brand design guidelines, and contribute to campaigns and major events.

Qualifications

• A degree-level design qualification with at least 12 months of experience.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating and managing templates within Canva.
• Experience producing video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for professional presentations.
• Strong understanding of design principles across digital and print channels.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design delivery across digital, print, email, social, web, events and video.
• Brand management to ensure consistent visual identity across Stonebridge brands.
• Conceptualise and develop ideas for campaigns, roadshows, conferences and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.
• Create and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations that are on-brand and fit for purpose.
• Prepare artwork for print and ensure materials meet specifications.
• Organise design files, templates and assets for efficient teamwork.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and outputs.
