Job summary

Stonebridge - Mortgage & Insurance Network is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our award-winning Marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the Derby or Basildon office and 2 days at home.

You will design assets for digital, print, email, social, events and video, while maintaining a consistent brand identity across our Stonebridge brands. You will collaborate with colleagues, translate briefs into engaging content, and contribute to the

Qualifications

• A degree-level qualification in a design-related subject with at least 12 months of experience.
• Strong experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating and managing templates within Canva.
• Experience producing video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience creating professional presentation materials.
• Strong understanding of design principles across digital and print channels.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design delivery - Create engaging assets across digital, print, email, social media, web, events and video channels.
• Brand management - Ensure a consistent and professional visual identity across multiple Stonebridge brands.
• Creative development - Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for campaigns, roadshows, conferences and other major business events.
• Stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with colleagues across marketing and the wider business to interpret briefs and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Video production - Create and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Presentation design - Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations that are visually engaging, on-brand and fit for purpose.
• Print production - Prepare artwork for print and ensure materials meet required specifications.
• Asset management - Organise design files, templates and creative assets to support efficient team working.
• Continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance creative processes, outputs and ways of working.
