Job summary

Jacobs is offering a two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) designed to accelerate growth and build capability across four key areas: human and consulting skills, strategy alignment, and personal passions.

You will learn through blended learning, mentoring, and real project work, supported by a manager and mentor to gain experiences that matter most. The program offers hybrid working and opportunities to work with a global client base.

Qualifications

• Be working toward a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Geography, Civil & Environmental Engineering or similar.
• Flexible, proactive mindset and motivation to drive your career forward.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning.

Responsibilities

• Support water strategy, regulation, and policy projects for water utility clients.
• Assist in development of business plans, investment strategies, and regulatory submissions.
• Analyse operational, financial, environmental, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support water resource, wastewater, resilience, and environmental planning studies.
• Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and client engagements.

Education

Geography or Civil & Environmental Engineering degree (or equivalent)
