Job summary

Unknown Financial Services seeks an experienced Paralegal to join the Legal Office in Dunton, Essex. You will support consumer complaints, litigation, regulatory projects and onboarding of external counsel, with an emphasis on research and board-related governance tasks.

The role requires UK consumer credit law knowledge, strong research and excellent communication with directors and senior management. Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 day home.

Qualifications

• Law degree or PGDL, or 3+ years paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting Company Secretary and governance functions.
• Experience in consumer credit regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support customer complaints, litigation and regulatory projects.
• Assist with Board packs, minutes, agendas and governance tasks.
• Coordinate governance meetings and document management.
• Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 day from home.
