Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HV offshore cable projects, strong leadership, and experience with ISO standards, and will work in a hybrid role with UK-based site visits. Hybrid working to be discussed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in managing transportation and installation cable projects.
• Experience with offshore construction works and high‑voltage cables.
• Strong leadership, communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore construction projects within multiple EPC tenders.
• Guide tendering teams and coordinate with subcontractors/partners.
• Review tender documents and develop winning strategies.
• Prepare costed tenders including cable jointing and tests.
• Visit sites and support transitions from tender to execution.
