Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI/ML architecture or related role.
• Proven experience deploying generative AI models and solutions.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architectural framework for generative AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Model Development: Lead design, training, and deployment of generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL‑E, Stable Diffusion).
• Integration: Collaborate with software engineering to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure AI solutions are scalable and optimized for performance across platforms.
• Ethical AI Practices: Implement ethical guidelines addressing bias, fairness, and transparency.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements and incorporate new techniques into the AI strategy.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Documentation & Standards: Create documentation for architectures and practices.
• Establish and maintain coding and architectural standards.
