Job summary

HQN Ltd is seeking an experienced General Fund Project Manager – Assets and Compliance to lead a high-profile programme affecting the Council’s corporate property portfolio. You will drive plans, procurement and risk management across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires senior-level project management experience and a recognised qualification (PRINCE2 or MSP). You will coordinate audits, manage stakeholders and ensure building compliance and health and safety standards are

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level project management experience.
• Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 or MSP).
• Experience coordinating audits and turning findings into actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and knowledge of building compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, business cases, procurement strategies and risk registers.
• Coordinate audits and convert findings into practical action plans.
• Monitor budgets, risks, milestones and delivery of the programme.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leaders, elected members and boards.
• Build relationships across service areas and with specialist consultants.
