Tata Consultancy Services UK&I is seeking an AI Copilot engineer to design, implement and govern AI solutions across the organisation, leveraging Generative AI, agentic architectures and Azure AI services. The role combines architecture, engineering, data literacy and change leadership to rapidly develop AI-powered capabilities and scale them into secure, production-grade services.

The position requires hands-on Azure AI, observability and governance expertise, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience designing AI workflows incorporating tool calling, orchestration and memory patterns.
• Experience evaluating, deploying and operating production AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services.
• Experience with Azure AI Search and Foundry.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning.
• Understanding of Azure-based AI security, networking and governance controls.
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability for AI and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of telemetry solutions and defining operational metrics.
• REST APIs and integrations; vector databases and semantic search.

Responsabilités

• Agentic AI Solution Development: Design and implement AI agents capable of autonomous task execution.
• Develop multi-agent and orchestration architectures to automate complex workflows.
• Build RAG solutions with tool calling, memory frameworks and workflow patterns.
• Define governance controls for autonomous AI agents and secure integrations.
• Collaborate with cloud, security and data teams to scale AI platforms.
• Support deployment pipelines, model lifecycle management and operational readiness.
• Establish AI observability: performance, reliability, and usage monitoring.
• Define KPIs, telemetry and incident response for AI services.
• Ensure governance and Responsible AI compliance across deployments.
