Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the food industry.
• HACCP Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety, quality, legality, authenticity, and customer compliance across products and suppliers.
• Write, review and maintain product specifications and technical data.
• Review packaging artwork for compliance with UK/EU/US/SA legislation and customer requirements.
• Maintain HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, shelf-life studies and traceability docs.
