Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking an interim Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects for a global FMCG client in a fast-paced environment. Based in Holborn, London, the role is full-time and temporary for 6 months, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary up to £48,000 p.a.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Manager/Coordinator role within FMCG, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Innovation.
• Experience using task management systems, preferably Microsoft Planner.
• Strong project planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines and objectives.
• Build, maintain and optimise project plans using Microsoft Planner/Projects and the wider Microsoft 365 suite.
• Track milestones, actions, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and follow up on actions.
• Drive accountability across project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Communicate project status and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to maintain momentum.
