Job summary

Regenda Group is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant to drive data cleansing and validation for a major asset system transformation, including FAR implementation scheduled for March 2028. You will manage data quality for migration, including capital grants and historic costs, working closely with Finance, Assets and Development teams.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials or significant relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant or equivalent experience.
• Experience of component accounting in housing associations.
• Advanced Excel and data migration project experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleansing, validating and enhancing fixed asset data for migration to new FAR.
• Bring the existing Fixed Asset Register up to date.
• Establish and reconcile a Capital Grant Register.
• Analyse historic stock transfer costs to properties and components.
• Collaborate with Finance, Assets and Development teams to ensure auditable asset records.
