Job summary

NOODLE TALENT PARTNERS LIMITED are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator in Norwich on a permanent basis. Hybrid working comprises 2 days from home and 3 in the office, with flexi hours available.

You will support Financial Advisors, handle client enquiries, and ensure FCA compliance across client records and transactions. A generous benefits package and progression opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services (IFA) at varying levels is required.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to Financial Advisors and manage client records.
• Handle client communications via email and phone, building relationships with partners and other contacts.
• Process new business and top ups through to completion, ensuring accuracy and FCA compliance.
• Maintain and update client packs and documents, both paper and digital, using the workflow system.
• Diary management and appointment coordination to support advisers and clients.
