Job summary

Noodle Talent Partners is seeking a Financial Services Administrator for a Norwich-based, permanent role. Hybrid working includes 2 days from home and 3 in the office. You will support Financial Advisors with client records, documentation, and compliance tasks.

Applicants should have experience in financial services (IFA) at varying levels, with strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail. A friendly, proactive team player is essential.

  • Prepare client valuations and review packs ahead of client meetings.
  • Process and monitor new business and top ups to existing business.
  • Ensure compliance protocols are followed and assist with compliance tasks.
  • Manage day-to-day work through the workflow system.

Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be working with a fantastic Financial Services firm in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Financial Services Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

Please note, existing experience within Financial Services is required.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Both full time and part time will be considered and flexi hours are available.

Hybrid working - 2 days from home and 3 in the office.

Within this role you will work within a close-knit, friendly administration team, providing support to Financial Advisors and ensuring client's receive an exceptional service at all times, coordinating administrative tasks and other ad-hoc tasks on a daily basis.

  • Handling client communications and enquiries via email and phone, providing high standards of service whilst building strong relationships with partners and other contacts.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to Advisers, accurately managing administration tasks and client records
  • Obtain and interpret information from providers and fund managers, keeping Financial Planners up to date with all communications.
  • Send out letters of authority and correspondence to clients, professional introducers and other third parties
  • Supporting with diary management and coordinating appointments
  • Prepare client valuations and review packs ahead of client meetings
  • Prepare and issue recommendation letters and obtain relevant information, documents and application forms
  • Process and monitor new business and top ups to existing business, from start to completion
  • Process post-review paperwork and meeting notes
  • Ensure compliance protocols are followed and assisting with compliance tasks
  • Responsible for business submission using inhouse software
  • Processing updates to client records, handling documents and collating information to update client packs (mixture of both paper and digital)
  • Ensuring smooth journeys for all clients and that every interaction is managed in a positive manner
  • Ensure financial transactions are completed correctly and files are fully FCA compliant by following compliance procedures
  • Ensure all client records and data are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective management of day-to-day work through the company's workflow system

We are looking for candidates with existing experience in financial services (IFA) at varying levels, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills, high levels of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a friendly team-working attitude, and ability to use initiative to handle their workload effectively.

There are opportunities to progress within this firm for the right candidate, however those who wish to remain within Administration/Support roles are also actively encouraged to apply.
