Job summary

Blakemore Recruitment is assisting a Chartered Financial Planning firm in Newbury to hire a Financial Planning Administrator. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote support, involving meeting coordination, client data handling, and efficient adviser support.

Qualifications

• Experience within an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management environment.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute meeting packs for client meetings.
• Liaise with clients to schedule and confirm meetings.
• Check packs and chase missing documentation (LOAs, applications, etc.).
• Maintain accurate client information and notes in Intelliflo IO.
• Provide required information to Paraplanners.
• Track and follow up on advice implementation and keep clients informed.
• Act as a first point of contact for client queries and support compliance processes.
