Morgan Philips Group has an opportunity for a Financial Controller in the UK. The role blends financial control, planning and business partnering in a hybrid setup (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for the UK operation, working with international finance stakeholders. The candidate will translate financial data into strategic insights, drive improvements in reporting processes, and partner with senior leaders to shape financial

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial control, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Experience in multi-site or international environments.
• Strong management reporting, budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• Ability to translate financials into actionable insight.
• Advanced Excel and analytics proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management reporting including revenue, profit and headcount.
• Produce profitability reporting and commentary for decision-making.
• Analyse balance sheet and cash flow movements for trends.
• Provide financial insight to UK and international senior finance teams.
• Lead annual budgeting and reforecast cycles across departments.
