Job summary

3 Point Recruitment Ltd in Coventry is hiring a Finance Support Officer on a hybrid basis (2 days from home). You will join a close-knit finance team and report to the Finance Manager, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in maintaining financial records and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day finance operations - ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Act as a point of contact for finance queries, providing clear information to colleagues and external partners.
• Maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring data is up to date and compliant with internal controls.
• Invoice processing - including coding, matching and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing routine financial reports, summaries and reconciliations to support month end.
• Monitor financial workflows, flagging issues such as missing approvals, incorrect coding or delayed submissions.
• Carry out general finance administration, including data entry, filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team, ensuring information flows smoothly across AP, AR, Payroll and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements, helping streamline financial procedures and enhance accuracy.
• A salary between £27,000 to £28,000 plus a £1,500 bonus per annum (based on KPI's and company performance)
