The position involves managing cash postings, intercompany reconciliations, and data quality across multiple entities, with a focus on resolving finance operations issues and supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash postings across multiple entities
• Investigate and resolve anomalies to ensure accuracy of cash postings
• Undertake intercompany reconciliations and payments
• Oversee credit card payments
• Review contracts and customer payment terms
• Maintain data accurately for audit purposes
• Complete system reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve finance operations issues
• Support process improvements
• Resolve customer finance queries

• Management of cash postings across multiple business entities
• Investigation and resolution of anomalies to ensure cash postings are accurate
• Undertake Intercompany reconciliations andpayments
• Overseeing credit card payments
• Review contracts and customer payment terms
• Maintaining data accurately for audit purposes
• Complete system reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve finance operations issues
• Support process improvements
• Customer query resolution
