HR GO Group seeks a reliable Finance Officer to join the Canterbury team in a hybrid role. You will handle purchase and sales ledgers, maintain general finance administration, and support month-end close with accurate reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ledger experience, familiarity with accounting software, and strong attention to detail to ensure precise financial records and timely responses to supplier and customer queries.

Formación

• Proven experience with purchase and sales ledgers.
• Strong finance administration background.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel for reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication to handle supplier and customer queries.
• Strong organisational skills and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain purchase ledger transactions including invoices and payments.
• Manage sales ledger activities: invoices, receipts, customer queries.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and prepare reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist month end closing.
• Handle expense claims, petty cash and PO matching.
• Support VAT returns and compliance tasks as required.
• Provide general finance administration and accurate records.
• Liaise with teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
• Assist with audits and respond to information requests.
