Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Finance Manager in Milton Keynes to lead a multi-site finance function, delivering high-quality reporting, forecasting and budgeting. You will partner with operational and customer stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving performance.

The role is full-time with a hybrid pattern: 4 days on-site and 1 day working from home. ACMA/ACCA qualified candidates are desirable and related professional development is available.

Qualifications

• Experience producing management accounts, financial reporting and analysis with clear commentary.
• Proven experience in a finance management role within logistics or a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident communicator who can influence and challenge as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes with timely submissions.
• Provide insightful analysis to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the site.
• Maintain strong financial controls, compliance and audit standards.
