Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc invites an experienced Finance Manager to lead a multi-site finance function in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on high-quality reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with operations and customers to influence performance. The position is full-time with hybrid work: 4 days on-site and 1 from home.

You’ll manage weekly/monthly reporting, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure robust controls and compliance. ACMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience producing management accounts, reports and insightful commentary.
• Able to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a commercially focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes with timely submissions.
• Provide insightful analysis and commentary to support operational decisions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the site.
• Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and audit standards.
