Qualifications

Degree educated or professionally qualified in finance, part or fully qualified.
Experience as a Business Controller or Finance Business Partner, ideally with Marketing/commercial support.
Strong commercial awareness with ability to translate insights into actions.
High analytical capability; proactively identify issues and manage financial risks.
Experience managing financial data and leading finance projects with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Provide strategic guidance on profitability, pricing, investments and business performance.
Prepare regular reports, business cases and financial recommendations for decisions.
Evaluate investments and promotions with pre/post-analysis reviews.
Contribute to development of financial processes and reporting standards.
Ensure accurate data management, rebates and cost control across activities.
Coordinate regular forecast and budget cycles with cross-functional teams.
