The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our hybrid finance team in Bloomsbury, London. You will support day-to-day financial operations, perform reconciliations, and assist income auditors, analysts and accountants with routine tasks.

The ideal candidate has finance experience, an AAT qualification or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and experience with Business Central. Attention to detail and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance role with knowledge of accounting principles including AAT or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and accounting software experience (Business Central).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication for team collaboration and stakeholder interaction.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with credit card reconciliations and ensure policy compliance.
• Support income auditors by preparing data for audits and reviewing revenues.
• Daily reconciliations between POS (Micros) and PMS (Opera, Infor, etc.).
• Aid analysts with data analysis, reporting and forecasting using Excel.
• Assist with journal entries, ledger maintenance and month-end closing.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and ad-hoc financial reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automate routine tasks.
