Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Finance Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) to join our Kelso or Bathgate hybrid team. You will support site financial reporting, profitability analysis and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and insight for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration required.
• 1+ years of related financial analysis or business partnering experience (2+ preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse site financial reports with clear insights.
• Manage customer profitability, margins and cost recovery initiatives.
• Lead monthly customer forecasting and provide weekly updates.
• Understand customer contracts and pricing models to drive risk mitigation.
• Execute month-end closing with internal controls and audit readiness.
