Job summary

Lithia UK Head Office – Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week) is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. You will report to the Central Finance Business Partner and deliver insightful reporting, analyse performance, and support strategic decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance, Management Accounts or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate financial work.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting, including margin analysis and KPIs.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities behind variances.
• Provide insightful commentary to support informed business decisions across the organisation.
• Support Finance Business Partners with reporting and analysis to add value to stakeholders.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes and financial modelling.
