Job summary

East Anglian Film Archive (EAFA) at the University of East Anglia is seeking a Collections Relocation Project Coordinator to lead the safe and efficient move of film and archival collections to the EAFA campus. You will develop and manage project plans, handling packaging, logistics, risk management, and stakeholder communications, working with EAFA Management, university colleagues and external partners.

Experience in cultural heritage projects and collections care is desirable; the role offers

Qualifications

• Experience of successfully managing complex projects within the cultural, heritage or education sectors.
• Strong understanding of archival collections care, particularly film, video and media formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of relocating EAFA’s film, video and associated archival collections to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with professional standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, collections assessment workflows, packaging and logistics activity, risk management and stakeholder communications.
• Supervise staff and manage workflows to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
