Location: Sutton/Croydon

Salary: £26,000 + Performance Related Bonus

Brand/Department: Heineken UK

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone

Heineken UK and Acosta Europe are seeking Field Sales Executives to join our team based across Sutton/Croydon. Acosta Europe is a leading sales and marketing agency committed to its people. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to represent our partner Heineken, aiming to increase brand awareness and sales of a new product.

As a Field Sales Executive for Heineken, you will:

  • Be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in stores across your territory, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage and drive the success of your area using your entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Maximize brand awareness, educate clients on new product opportunities, and implement store activations.
  • Work autonomously, managing your workload to meet targets, with opportunities for incentives.
  • Receive full training and ongoing support, with clear development pathways.
  • Join a positive, honest work environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.

In this role, you will develop skills in Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing, and Negotiation.

Who are we looking for?

You should have demonstrable experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, or be motivated with experience from other sectors. Passion for brands and drive to succeed are essential. You must hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to travel within your territory.
