Job summary

Flagstone, the UK’s leading cash platform, is looking for a Field Sales & Relationship Manager to cover London and the South East. You will identify and engage IFA firms, train advisers on the platform, and build trusted, continued referral partnerships.

You will travel daily, manage a broad regional portfolio, and represent Flagstone confidently with independent advisers, wealth managers, and compliance teams. A commercially driven self-starter with strong communication skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales or relationship management.
• Ability to travel across a broad and geographically diverse territory.
• Confidence presenting to advisers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory of IFA firms and wealth managers.
• Visit adviser firms, attend regional events, build face-to-face relationships.
• Identify and approach IFA firms not yet working with Flagstone and start relationship development.
• Deepen engagement with existing firms to unlock activity and referrals.
• Grow referrals from active partners by expanding client reach.
