Clear IT Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Family Solicitor to join a Reading, Berkshire team on a hybrid basis. The role suits a Solicitor or CILEX with 2+ years PQE; you will manage your own caseload and help develop new work.

You will cover private family law matters such as divorce, financial matters and children, with scope to contribute to business development and supervise junior colleagues in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in family law.
• Ambitious and modern approach to family law.
• Experience with high net worth or complex family matters.
• Willingness to engage in BD activities to grow the practice.
• Member of Resolution.
• Strong client service record.
• Able to supervise junior team members.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and develop new work.
• Specialise in private family law including divorce, finances and children.
• Promote nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
• Collaborate on BD activities to grow the firm.
• Supervise junior team members.
