William James Recruitment is seeking a Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join a leading regional Family team in Reading. You will manage a caseload of privately funded matters, advising on divorce, financial remedies and private children cases within a supportive, progressive environment.

The role offers hybrid working, a strong salary up to £70,000 plus benefits and a bonus, plus opportunities for career progression and business development within a renowned firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2-5 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in privately funded family law.
• Experience managing your own caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge across core family law disciplines.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development.
• Resolution membership would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to develop within a highly regarded team.

Responsibilities

A leading regional law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its highly regarded Family team in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Lawyer to join a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice, advising on high-quality privately funded matters within a supportive and progressive environment.

Joining a growing and successful team, you will inherit an existing caseload whilst also having the opportunity to further develop your own practice. The team is recognised for advising high-net-worth individuals and families on a broad range of complex family law matters, offering excellent quality work and genuine career progression opportunities.

This role would suit an ambitious Family Lawyer who enjoys building strong client relationships and is keen to play an active role in business development. You will work alongside experienced specialists within a collaborative team, whilst benefiting from a modern and flexible approach to family law.

The Role
