Job summary

Sovereign Network Group seeks a Supported Housing Officer - Extra Care to cover two schemes in Abingdon and Hungerford, with hybrid work from Newbury or Basingstoke offices and scheme-based days 3–4 times per week.

You will manage tenancies, safeguard residents, coordinate with care providers, and support people to live independently and safely. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Housing or Housing related role.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people.
• Experience of working with internal and external partners.
• Strong empathy and resilience.
• Ability to be self-motivated and highly organized.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities
